（業務）
◆行政書士および行政書士法人とは、日本の行政書士法に基づき、他人の依頼を受け報酬を得て、官公署等に提出する各種書類の作成・提出を行い、権利義務又は事実証明に関する書類を作成し、契約その他に関する書類を代理人として作成し、行政書士が作成することができる書類の作成について相談に応ずる等の業務を行う国家資格者および法人を指します（ただし、上記書類の作成であつても、その業務を行うことが他の法律において制限されているものは除きます。）。

（Duties）
◆In Japan, a gyoseishoshi (an administrative scrivener, a certifiedadministrative procedures legal specialist)and a gyoseishoshi (anadministrative scrivener , a certified administrative procedureslegal specialist) corporation refer to nationally qualified person and corporation that prepare and submit various documents to be submitted to government and public offices, and preparedocuments related to rights and obligations or proof of facts, and prepare contracts and other documents as an agent , and respond to consultations regarding the preparation of documents that can be prepared by a gyoseishoshi(an administrative scrivener, acertified administrative procedures legal specialist), accepting requests from others and receiving compensation, based on Gyoseishoshi Law (Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Act) in Japan (However, even if it is the preparation of the above documents,it excludes those whose business is restricted by other laws.).
